Originally from San Marcos CA, PFC Oscar Rojas is a Mass Communication Professional with the United States Army. In this role, he works with his fellow service members to communicate service-related information and events to both the public and other military members through all types of media.
PFC Rojas specializes in the photo/graphic design/video/radio and once graduated from the Defense Information School, will continue to serve the military and private clients as a multimedia communicator.
To him, photography is not only a great way to capture beautiful moments but it is also an amazing form of expression.
